Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you posted by email.

Delivery Times

DEYLO works with trusted fulfillment partners to bring you quality pieces at fair prices. Because of this, most orders arrive within 7-15 business days after processing, depending on your location. Some destinations may take a little longer — you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €60. For orders below that amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, your country may apply customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
